WHAT TO EXPECT ON SUNDAY

Journey Elgin is a non-denominational church focused on living life in Christ and impacting the Kingdom of God by loving people.  Jesus said our most important actions are to Love God and Love Others.  All other traditions, rituals, and programs fall behind loving God and loving others.

Journey Elgin is a church for everyone.  We will be intentional about reaching out to people in all walks of life. Whether you struggle with believing there is a God, have become frustrated with past church experiences or feel God urging you to begin something new we invite you to join us as we gather together

Journey Elgin is a contemporary church.  Our music will have a modern style and one day we will have a full band leading us.  We intend for you to be able to listen to some of our worship songs on the contemporary radio station.

Our style and atmosphere will be very casual; however, our resolve to Love God and Love Others will never be casual.  Come dressed as you would any other day and let us begin our Journey together.
